walking and breakfast

I like to walk alot and am lossing some weight but not as much as I would like. Plus I do not eat breakfast at all could that be hurting me. Please feel free to add me. Anything u could tell me will help out

    ... are you really doing that much walking per day? Also, I'd stop counting "sleep" and "sex" as cardio.

    I do walk that much every day. Sleep and sex do burn cal. So why not count them on u list. Just asking is all.

    As MFP has already counted the calories you burn whilst sleeping into its equations then yes, stop logging that as exercise.

    Also, just out of curiosity, how many calories do you think you burn having sex? I wear a fitbit and can tell you, no matter how rigorous it is....it is always a disappointingly low amount :p
