Hi, I am here looking to loose the 20lb that have crept on over the past couple of years and re-kindle my love of sports. Aiming to eat around 1250cal + eat back 1/2 exercise calories. Flawed by alcohol on nights out and a love of chocolate. Graduate student. Been trying to loose the weight for about 8 months now and hoping for motivation. I will be better.
