Hello everyone. I'm Heddi, I'm a diabetic with lots of food/medication allergies. I'm trying to get 149 lbs off. I have been doing zumba 5 days a week at home (alone - no one is going to see me do this ever!!!) and I do have a Nordic Track that I try to get on a few minutes a day. I have lost inches, however, I keep yo-yoing up and down by 1-2 pounds. It gets disheartening.
