Can someone help me make sure my cals are right?

Im pretty new to MFP, this is my third day. I just want to make sure my calories sound ok.

I have it set to 2200. I am 27 yrs old, 5'9", and I am currently breastfeeding my 6 mo old (I added calories in to account for this). I have three young children that keep me pretty busy so I am lightly-moderately active. Ive been working out 4-5x a week both cardio and strength training.

Do my calories sound ok? My TDEE was 2400, I believe, but I added in extra calories due to the nursing. Should I add some more?

THANKS! :)

Look ok to me...but these calculations are only a loose guideline as to how you should figure your ultimate numbers. That means that they may or may not work. So don't get frustrated if 2200 is not seeing you lose weight. You just have to incrementally go a bit lower, or work out much harder to get the ball rolling. But there's also a chance that you can enjoy immediate success at 2200. I'm just super glad you're not eating only 1200 calories while breastfeeding.

It looks sensible to me. With a smaller deficit I would think there's less chance of it impacting your milk supply as well.
