Hi! I'm 19 years old, 6 foot 2 and my BMI is 21.4. I just had my Body Fat percentage tested which was 18.6%.

What would you desribe me as, skinny, skinny fat, healthy, fat? Picture below:

I'm a University student and my diet has been pretty bad (except when I get to go home and have mums cooking!). Since starting University, I have lost over 1.5 stone. However, this is because I was eating at quite a severe deficit and the foods I chose to eat were very high in salt and sugar i.e processed.

I've turned my diet around now and eating much healthier foods. I'm much happier/full of energy as a result too! Basically, I would appreciate some tips as to how get a bit more toned, lose love handels and lower my body fat a little bit.

I'm not keen on the rambo look and wouldnt feel comfortable taking protein shake or anything similar. I just want to 'look good'.
I'm into swimming and badminton so could anyone create me a rough 7 day fitness plan which would help me reach my goals?

Thank you!

Wasn't there recently a pretty long thread where you got a lot of advice?

You already posted something like this, this morning, but I'll try and help you out anyways...

    1. we can't tell if you're skinny fat, that is an internal thing, your organs and such
    2. I think you look pretty lean
    3. You need to lift weights if you want to look "toned" and want muscle definition.
    4. it takes a lot of hard work to turn into Rambo.
    5. Cardio is great, but without the weights you're not going to look defined

Try Stronglifts 5x5. A lifting program like that will help get rid of your love handles. Eat at the very least 1800 cals. Preferably, don't lose 7 lbs in less than 3 months. Slowly work your way up to maintenance once you're around your goal weight. Then eat a bit above maintenance to build some muscle.
