Hi there,
My name is Cathi and I am 49 years old and weigh about 230 pounds.
I have finally started changing some of my bad habits such as pop and chips, and started drinking a min of 6 glasses of water per day.
if I can just remember my username and password here I will be checking in each day to record my progress and read up on these message boards for inspiration and ideas.

    Just giving up pop you will see a huge difference. pop (Soda) is just stored in you body as fat, but water helps you flush out your system resulting in weight loss. you can do this! don't give up
