UK-based Bento-ers - Cupcake Moulds?

First, I am 100% sure Bento-ers is not a word and probably not grammatically correct, but I felt it was the only way to really explicitly name who I'm talking to you here.
So basically, I've been browsing some bento websites, threads on here, etc and I've noticed a lot of people use silicone cupcake moulds inside their bento boxes to divide foods up. I can find circular ones but no square ones. I'm sure they're around somewhere but I can't seem to find them for looking.
I've got a Monbento Original bento box and I don't really want to pay the relatively high price for the MB moulds.
So, anyone got any suggestions for some make-shift dividers or something like that?
