    A good idea is to go to YouTube and Search for low calorie meals that will help you a lot They are also 300 cal or less, I try diets before but it didn't work I didn't used to last a week and It used to get very boring but now I'm on my way to my 2 week on a diet and I lost 3 pounds in the 1st week also no juice, I really love what I'm eating now and on top of that you don't have to sacrifice yourself or what you eat or starve yourself. I know 2 weeks don't sound like much but to me it's especially Because I tried it before and it Wasn't working
