Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No - didn't set any
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Nothing - Since Memorial Day I've gained 4-5lbs... UGH!!! I am not tracking my calories the past couple of weeks like I have in the past and I do know the mudslides :drinker: (and other yucky food) are doing me in...!!!! Need to get back on track AND TRACK!!!!! Oh... I skipped the birthday cake at the party :happy:
What would I have done differently? Not graze and count my calories
What is today's personal goals? Stay within and track my calories
Okay... so I not going to beat myself up over this minor set back. Today is a new day and I know what needs to be done. 30lbs in one year isn't too shabby :smokin: Oh... I need to drink some water too!!!! :laugh:

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got my pantry ready for the Eat Clean Diet.
What would I have done differently? Skipped the slice of pie.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Coffee with just one cookie, small servings at lunch, (doubled the salad) stayed away from from the high cal. foods

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Began the Shred and took an evening walk - generally got-er-done :happy:
What would I have done differently? a few less crackers with Tzatzi spread

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Fit in the elliptical and the Shred and got lots done. Ordered a delicious lo-cal salad for dinner at Uno Pizzeria
