Ladies who log everyday

Hi, I'm Amanda and I'm 23 years old. I was 205 lbs in January 2015 and decided it's been enough!! I ate healthy, worked out when I could and got all the way down to 175.. I didn't notice anything besides a scale number lowering but I wasn't more energized. I didn't feel happy all the time. Everything seemed the same.. Then I did a side by side photo of myself and realized wow I did drop some pounds and I got to cocky and decided I didn't need to work out and I could eat junk here and there because I was looking weight.. Little did I remember you gain 3x faster then loosing.. So I currently am back up to 185... And I need support and motivation from ladies logging in everyday. Just Hit Add!! Thanks

You rock! I got to day 65 and broke my streak! Idk why but I was so bummed! Haha! Working my way back up again! I want to get to triple digits! Nerdy, I know
