DDP Yoga

After 40 minutes it's definitely "Not your Mama's Yoga"!! I was sweating my petunia off. It is not the new age yoga, you will get a workout! Anyone have any good DDP stories to share?

    All yoga will give you a workout if you do it right. I do Bikram, Vinyasa and Hatha - all are good workouts and have helped me lose a significant amount of weight.

    I do Hatha yoga. It is so relaxing and so rejuvenating. You may think how does it help you with weight loss and fitness? Research shows that stress raises cortisol levels in the blood which can make you gain weight. Lowering stress levels can increase your weight loss. But I love it because it is so relaxing and it helps me sleep better which also helps with weight loss and fitness. Bob Harper trainer on the Biggest Loser was just talking about how important sleep is this morning on the Today show.
