Hello. Any moms of twins out there?

Hello everyone! I'm Mary, mom of 4 beautiful kids. I've got a 6 year old son, 4 year old daughter, and 7 week old identical twin girls! Wife to the most amazing guy ever! He is my rock, my world, my soul mate, and most importantly my best friend. That right there is enough to get me to want to be more fit and active to stay around for them .... Like I stated earlier, I am mom to new twin girls. I was 261lbs the last day of my pregnancy, and birthed baby a vaginally- 6.5 and baby b by emergency csection -6.1. At my two week post op appointment i had lost all of the weight I gained with them, but I'm still 230lbs. Need a good support group. I am meal prepping, and exercising now, and have just been put on BCP's to level my hormones in hopes that the weight will come off finally!

Hi! Welcome! Feel free to send me a friend request. I have twin boys age 10 and twin girls that are 4. I am a bit further out than 7 weeks but I can remember how it felt! I didn't have weight problems til after I quit breastfeeding the girls at 14 months- then I gained about 20 lbs within the next year. Any questions please ask, I'm not going to give you a ton of info about what I am doing fitness-wise that you may not even care about at this moment (I had a terrible postpartum with the girls- retained placenta, bleeding, high BP...it was a nightmare!). So congrats on your babies!
