Ladies, shark week munchies?!!

Around "shark week" I get a serious sweet tooth and tend to get cravings for things that are crap. Like fried foods and sweets. What are some of things you ladies do to curb the shark week munchies.

I eat lots of high volume low cal nutrient dense foods like veggie sticks, stir fries, some fruits to keep the empty stomach at bay and then usually indulge in a serving or two of what I'm craving. I'm less likely to eat too much of it or binge if I'm already relatively full and well nourished. I also drink a ton of water and herbal teas, I find some teas like peach passion or lemon zinger really ease the sweet tooth, plus drinking more fluids helps with water retention.0
