                    Hi everyone,
I am a 26 year old looking to lose 35 pounds and hoping to continue to frequent the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I'm on week 2 of my plan and so far so good but can always use a bit of help.
I am a competitive curler and want to get in better shape/drop some pounds for the upcoming season this fall.
Hope to hear from some of you soon.
