Can't find the majority of all the exercises and strength tr

Ok, so I wanting to be able to log everything I have been doing but can't find it all on here :(

Here is what I normally do.....

Treadmill - found that
Running- found that

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred - not on there
Fitness (exercise) ball - can't find that
Resistance bands - cant find that

So how would you go about logging all of this????

Any help would be greatly appreciated! TY TY TY !

    It's because no one person burns the same. The best thing is to use a HRM get your reading for specific exercises & create them in your exercise database.

    I've been wondering the same thing. I have just had to pick some exercises that I thought were close to what I was doing. I don't want to add an exercise to the database because I wouldn't have a clue how many calories I was burning.
