I'm back to MFP after a long break. I've never actually had "friends" on here, so I'm trying something new in hopes for success!
I'm actively pursuing the loss of about 50 to 60 fat lbs, and would like to put on about 10 to 15 in muscle. I've been down this road before, but never had this much to lose. Two years ago I was fit and healthy. Went through a messy divorce, had to pick up and move, get an additional job.. ect ect. NO MORE EXCUSES! I go jogging and ter my son is asleep and will be hitting the gym in the mornings in a week or two.
If you need or want a friend, add me and I'll and do you back! Let's do this!

I can relate! I've done it before and am doing it again. I have recently gotten back into walking and running and it's going good. I just need to stay motivated!0
