Taking an appetite suppressor is awesome, however I feel like I'm forcing myself to eat which makes me nauseas. Shall I continue with forcing food, practically not eating anything, or try the slower pace of losing weight.
Cool thing is, I'm paying attention to what I'm eating, and exercising.
Which has taken me a while to figure out. I'm confident with how I am, but I would love to feel sexy on the beach.
And when I get to the second beach of the year in my high waisted bikini, I'll feel fierce because I feel better. Talk allll you like. I'm working on changing my body. Which is easier then changing a mind set about other people.

if you have meds invovled in your weight loss process it would probably be best to consult your doctor, maybe you need a lower dose or something0
