Joined for Better Health

I used to be a member of FP but dropped out a few years ago. Had great success the first time so figured I would join again. Recently have had spikes in blood sugar levels and major fluctuations. Diabetes is a strong contender in our family so I figured the best way to monitor those sugars and carbs is to log my food. Yesterday I made the commitment to go sugar free. Cleaned out the pantry at home and food drawer at work and tossed or passed on those things I didn't need and bought new healthy items. My goal is to lose 40 lbs by the end of the year (if not sooner).
