Hey! i hea you guys going on about 30 day shred and chalean etc.. but what workouts could i do to raise my metabolism without jumping around doing kicks and jumping jacks? can i achieve the same results by doing something more upper body? any tips or dvds that i could try>?

This is a specalised workout you can do seated, there are lots of other workouts on this site too, you can download the video's if you have realplayer (or similar program)
