How can i get more protein into my diet.

    eat more meat, cheese, dairy, seafood, fish.

    Hi
    I go to the gym quite a lot and need to eat protein to help with muscle rebuild, so Monday to Friday I have a protein shake in the morning 20g of protein, scrambled eggs and 1 toast for breakfast. lunch, a large tin of tuna with a salad. evening meal either turkey fillet, chicken fillet, steak, or salmon and either sweet potato and salad or sweet potato and baked beans or veg, then another protein shake about 1 hour before bed. fruit in between meals if I'm hungry. this gives me plenty of protein.

    If you're a super-busy person, protein shakes can be a lifesaver. Just be sure you're happy with what's in the powder before you buy it.
