Background Im a 21 year old female 59kilos.
I've been doing stronglifts for a while now and loved it at first, I've really seen results. However I'd like to change up my routine to something more focused. I've been thinking maybe a push/pull/legs split but can't for the life of me think of what to include in to each workout.
If anyone could help me at all with this or let me know of any routines they believe are better for someone in my position I'd be forever grateful!

I've just changed from Stronglifts to a 4 day split which includes all of the compound lifts. If you'd like to see my exercise diary then send a friend request and I'll open it up for you.

Look at Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and tomorrow. Have only just planned them all and started on Saturday with legs. Hoping will be effective....time will tell. On non weight days I am cycling to work and back and walking. Ignore the weights I have entered on here. I keep a proper record on my phone whilst working out.

sorry to poke in. @ julielh72...Do you make your own routines up? if yes, how do you decide what to do?

I'm currently trying the stronglifts workout but after doing to much on Monday, I failed workout B today and I intend to leave the gym now until next Tuesday.

I did the workout a on Monday but then did 3x sets of 5 reps on the Leg Press at 110kg....Bad idea! I am used to the Leg Presses but I normally just do them at 70kg...no idea why I decided upon 110kg so today when it should've been workout b, I failed miserably at deadlift and didnt even attempt to squat because I felt something pull on the inside of my right leg, my legs have been really achy/tender/uncomfortable since yesterday morning :-(

    Questions for you...
    1. If you're seeing results why change what you're doing?
    2. Why change to a push/pull/legs split? What do you perceive the advantage to be versus a full-body method such as SL's? SL has lower-body pushing (squats) and lower-body pulling (deadlifts); what do you feel you're lacking in SL's?
