Former weekend warrior recovering from a serious back injuries hopeful to replace my Martial arts training <~ due to injuries. . by using low impact cardio blended with HIT in conjunction with all the tools offered with sites like this one... positive person always willing to offer encouragement.

    Best wishes on recovery! Love martial arts - yes, can be tough to give up that activity. I have a hard time with low-impact cardio and struggle to keep it 'fun'. It can be done - for me, I had to change how I viewed exercise. Martial arts is a very full body annihilation and you'll have to find out for yourself what activities you can do that will give you that sense of 'completion' after a training session.
