Hello I am new to this app. I have such a desire to loose weight and change my lifestyle. I started in August going to Weight Watchers, I really enjoyed it and at the beginning of April I had lost 47 pounds. It just became to much of a financial burden for me to continue going, so I had to quit I have not been going now for almost two months, and I have 7 pounds back. I refuse to go back to that person and the size I was before. I feel as though I do have the will power to do this but need the support and to read about the inspirations, and goals others have reached. I also have to change some of my routines I believe I am causing myself to stress to much by weighing myself every day. Any words of encouragement would be greatly accepted.
