i was just wondering how you guys track your exercise. I have a Fitbit and have it linked to myfitnesspal. Do I still add the exercises I do during the day as well or just let Fitbit track? I don't want to double up and cheat myself. Thanks in advance for your help.

I just let Fitbit track it, it converts it all for you.

Here's a link to the group here. It can give you some ideas based upon what your workouts are..

My cardio is step based....so I just let FitBit track.

If I do more than walking I log it in MFP and it will automatically adjust calories.

I let it track walking, any other exercise I log in manually

Read the above link. I let the fitbit track all activity but I do log certain things that are not walking exercises. Horseback riding, hoof trimming and martial arts are physically demanding but often don't register well with just the tracker. I always log tohose separatly on the fitbit app. Never on MFP.
