I am new and am looking for friends for encouragement and motivation. I live in Essex Junction, Vermont. I am a first time mom and my son is four months old. I really want to get in shape and lose about 50 or so pounds. We would like another baby within a a year or so and I want to be healthier for that pregnancy.
