Starting over again

I'm 51 and have let myself go again. I just started back here and hoping that with lots of supportive friends, I can do this. Looking for friends to work with, towards the journey of losing weight and feeling better.

    I'm returning again, to. I'd lost 60 pounds, had 20 to go, and my weight just slowly slipped back upward again. So now I have 80 pounds to lose instead of 20.
