Hello! My name is Virginia, some call me Jenna. I'm a 30 year old wife and mother of two. I'm currently a stay at home mom.
I have been heavy all my life. I put on so much weight after having my children and never could find the determination to stick so I could get this weight off. I have taken diet supplements and lost 50lbs in 2013. I had a determination like I never had before. Suddenly my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and with that all my energy and attention went to trying to get her through her battle. As soon as I stopped taking the supplements I quickly gained my weight back and old eating habits came back and that led me to reaching my highest weight now.
In February 2015 I decided to start my journey once again. I began to get my determination back and started going hard in my workout regimen and eating so much better and drinking enough water. I felt so great and proud that I finally found the motivation within me again. March 1st my father passed away suddenly. He had been sick but I never thought February 28th would be the last time I'd see my dear daddy alive. I'm daddy's girl, he is my everything. I was crushed my heart was so broken. My daddy passed away in his apartment laying on his bed...I found him. Losing my daddy is the hardest thing that has ever happened to me. He suffered so much with diabetes and congestive heart failure.
I have decided that my daddy wouldn't want me to give up on myself just because he is gone. So I need to do this. I want to get to the end of my journey. I will!
