I recently joined weight watchers and learned that bananas and apples are zero points on the points plus program! Does anyone have any recipes or zero point foods they would like to share?

They're zero points because they've allowed for eating a reasonable quantity of those things within your given points allocation (like a couple of servings for fruit), not because you can eat as many as you like. One serving of banana on WW is a small banana (like 100g), same with apples. Scoff them with abandon at your peril. But if you stick with just a couple of servings a day and otherwise stick to your points you'll be fine.

Bananas are fine. I ate one banana every day (still do) and lost every pound that I needed to lose to become a Lifetime WW member. I haven't put one pound back on, but did lose more due to how active I am throughout the day. The problem with the no point veggies and fruits is that some WW members don't pay attention to the recommended WW servings of them and over do eating them. Naturally if you over eat you will not lose weight or gain in some cases. This is not the fault of WW no point veggies or fruit system.
