Foot Injury & Continuing Towards Goals

I've taken a week off of my exercise regimen due to a foot pain from an unknown cause yesterday i went to the podiatrist and after some xrays and health history they decided it was a stress fracture although nothing was actually visible on the xray. I'm stuck in a walking boot for a month which I'm very upset about! I was doing HIIT workouts (bodyrock) with weights every day and now that I am pretty close to my goal weight the changes are less and less noticeable. now is the time I'm supposed to be amping my routines up not taking a month vacation!!! SO! How do I continue working on my fitness goals while healing my foot? Obviously I can't run or jump or bounce all over the place, and I don't want to train upper body and core only. Does anyone have any suggestions?
