I don't use a fitbit or any of the others as I haven't found the right one for my needs yet. But, I do use a pedometer while I'm at work, I'm trying to figure out how to enter my steps as exercise. Anyone know how to do it that can give me suggestions?

With fitbit or other activity trackers regular steps are not calculated as "vigorous, heart pumping exercise" these are different...
try this:

edited to add, you can create a custom exercise of your own (i.e. pedometer steps) or you can use one of the walking exercises and modify the calories amounts with the one you use for getting the calculations from the calculators...0
