Losing fat?

Best advice I could give anyone wanting to lose fat. Get a skinfold calliper and ignore what the scale/bmi machines tell you!
A skinfold calliper will measure ACURATELY how much bodyfat you have rather than an estimate based on height and weight and the scales measure your entire body weight but how much of it is fat? How much of it is muscle? Water? Etc.
You could be dieting and training right and the scales are staying the same (maybe even going up) how much of that do you know is fat? No really, how do you know?
Measure your fat with a skinfold calliper and although it may not differ much day to day, if you are doing things correctly, in at least 3 weeks you will see your bodyfat go down. Regardless of weight!
