Does it bother anyone else's digestion or tummy?? I was fine for weeks and seems like all of a sudden I am feeling so sick after my protein drinks. Just wondering

I started drinking whey a while back, hasn't bothered me at all.

For some reason certain brands really mess up my system. In the UK "MyProtein" just gives me terrible cramps and wind and bloating yet other whey proteins are fine. Trial and error I think and maybe have half as much and see if your system takes it well?

Yes, I've noticed a weird aftertaste with some whey proteins that leave my tummy feeling funny. I switched to a plant based protein powder and don't notice any digestive issues.

Good whey powder is very low in lactose, which causes digestive issues in some people. Cheap whey protein can have more. If it is not working for you, switch brands.

Yes, I can't drink/eat whey. I like the Vega nutritional shakes

Depends. Crappy brands like Six Star nutrition tear my stomach to shreds. Better quality brands do not.
