    LOL! Not bikini ....figure. Yep - it sucks. Once was enough for me. Good luck on the rest of your path to the comp!

    (Yes, there are other ways to do it, reverse dieting, low carbing, whatever, point being....I hated it and don't plan to do it again).

    haha yeah, I've been carb cycling for a few months and like it, but this week kicked it into high gear being so close to competition. 1 hour fasted cardio in the morning, low/low/low/low/high rotate.. my low days I get 1196 calories with under 34 carbs and my high days is 1320 calories with 180 carbs

    Just be careful the day of comp.....not sure what show you are doing, but that pre-judging and show time at night can be a killer for people sniffing for some food. Especially after all the depletion. One girl at a show a couple of yrs ago just couldn't make it between morning and evening and pigged out. Gained an instant 8 lbs and couldn't go out for the evening show. THAT would s*ck big time. All that prep for that! Regardless, you look great, and I'm sure are learning lots about yourself in the process!!

    I can't believe she did that! weeks of prep to ruin it on that day! *kitten*. yeah, I wouldn't do that
