2 pds is healthy weight loss if your working out scale doesn't matter cause your building muscles ladies keep on going in 6 mths you'll have @ 6 pk in last 3 mths I've lost 12 inches I don't use scale I use a measurement tape and my old clothes are all loose and my pancake butt has a good bubble coming up lol keep on getting it on girl you will see the reward in the end just don't stop don't give up remember your worth it and your going to get it !!!!!!

    Yeah....

    Also 2 lbs isn't a healthy rate of loss for everybody. That's just too much of a blanket statement. A person's stats are important in this context.
