I'm starting to get down on myself about my diet. I was doing good and I just fell of the train and I need to get back on it asap. I saw the shocking result today at the dr and I was so mad at myself cause I'd gained a lot of weight and I need to get it back of I need friends that can keep me on the right train and not let me back on this train that I'm on now. I want to lose around 60 pounds by the end of the year. I seriously need to change the way I eat and what I eat my biggest problem is sweets and soda I just don't know what to do anymore.

Ok so you know what to do here.. You have to do the work.. When you have put this day behind you start making new plans, goals and use the MFP tool. Put 100% effort, dedication and commitment to this and ITS FREE.

Weight loss occurs in the kitchen.. always remember that..

    1) Get a food scale, weigh and log everything.

    2) Do cardio if you want, and if you do, only eat back 50% of your calories.

    3) Lift weights if you can. Even light weights to start off with.

    4) Cheat meals over your maintenance will sabotage all your efforts.

    5) If you do a cheat meal or even a cheat day..... LOG IT.

    6) You can lose weight eating the same things you do... JUST EAT SMALLER PORTIONS and MODERATION.
Best to choose foods to help you stay under your calories without feeling hungry.

Set small goals instead a huge goals that may discourage you or prevent you from progressing.

Small goals to start! Sugar is a tough one to kick! I am having the same problem. The first thing I did was kick soda, and I lost five pounds very quickly. It was hard, but that five pounds was all the assurance I needed to keep going! Never let anything have control over your life or health! Kick the sugar and you will be ever grateful to yourself. You can do it!!! :)
