Options
any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm a very picky eater so if anyone has any ideas of snacks and exercises that will help please add me and let me know.

    eat less, exercise more.

    snack on fruits and vegetables whenever possible. weigh and measure everything, no matter how inconsequential it may seem. log things before you eat them.

    be patient.

    I don't really eat a lot. I'm not like obese I just went from a job where I walk 12 hrs to a desk job so I don't get the exercise I should. I been walking 1-2 miles on the treadmill a day and doing workout videos. I eat apples and grapes as snacks and usually oatmeal for breakfast and tuna for lunch. It's just not coming off and I get sad and discouraged.
