Back to my pre-baby body

Hi! I'm a stay at home mom of a 3 year old boy and 4 mo old girl. I'm finding it extremely hard to get rid of that last 10 pounds of baby weight from my second child. I'm also finding hard to stay motivated add focused on eating healthy. I often feel exhausted and like I don't have the time to really figure out healthy meals. I end up snacking a lot as well because I'm always on the run or tending to my kids. I'm just looking for some support, ideas or just someone to commiserate with that might be in the same situation.

Hi @strongmom11 Welcome.
I`m sure that since this is your second child you know that it take a while to get rid of the pounds. Especially when you have two little ones to run after and everything else loses priority. You`ll lose the pounds, but it will take a bit more time. So hang in there.
How about planning meals in bed, just before you go to sleep? And since you snack a lot, how about stocking up on healthy snacks?0 -
That's a good idea about meal planning. Do you have any ideas about healthy snacks?0
