Hello people of FitnessPal,

My name is Emilee and I'm a 26 year old nursing student. I started my weight loss journey about a year and a half ago. So far I've lost 50 lbs, and the last 6 months or so I've been stalled at 180, and can't seem to motivate myself to lose the last 20-30 lbs.

Anyone with tips or encouraging words is welcome. I'm also here to help anyone who would like the same :)

    Hey there and congrats on your success thus far.
    You may want to consider re-adjusting your calorie intake up or down as well as mix up your workouts to see what will get your body burning again.

    Hi! I'm Clare and I'm a staff nurse! How are you coping with working nights? I've just started and want to lose around 15-20lbs and I find working nights I tend to eat too much or crave the wrong foods! 50lbs loss is amazing btw!! Well done
