Good morning,
I need some advise I've been stuck for couple weeks at this same weight. It's getting very frustrating. I'm just wondering if anyone has advise on what to do. I haven't even lost pound or anything I do cross fit 4 times a week. Anything helps please!!

If you're logging your food, tighten it up. Make sure everything is accounted for and, if you need to, use a food scale to ensure your portions are what you say they are.
If you aren't logging your food, start now. Losing weight is about calories in<calories out, and if you have no idea how much you're eating, it's extremely difficult to lose.0 -
Have you checked your body fat %? You could very well be losing fat and gaining muscle. Weight is just a number but inches tell the truth0

I second the tightening up of your food logging, I have been sloppy with logging and went into maintenance (knew I was) and recently tightened it up and began weighing and measuring more and I've gone back into losing.0

No have not checked my body fat %. how would I do that? Also I am doing my Calories intake everyday. I'm eating about 1200 calories0

Do you eat back any of your exercise calories? Do you have other forms of measurement that you use(inches/cm in arms, legs, waist, hips, etc.)? How are your clothes fitting?

There are scales that can measure your body fat. You can also pick up some skin fold calipers pretty cheap. Most gyms have a trainer that could test your bf.0

Cut your carbs = Lose weight! I noticed a difference right away when I did (30lbs so far). If you're eating any carbs, do it before noon, and after that do healthy meats with good fats & veggies, and no eating after 7pm. If you do that in addition to your crossfit, and it should start melting off!0

On my 4 1/2 year journey I have stuck at numbers so many times. The main thing is to just keep on keeping after it. Log everything. Are you hungry a lot? You might have hit a time when you need a recovery period adding in a couple hundred daily calories for a couple weeks then reducing them again. Just something to think about.0

I see lots of people jumping to this but I haven't really found someone on here who has stuck to a ketogenic diet long term(3-5 years). It works short-term, seen it, watched it. How sustainable is it long term?0 -
I have actually never done any measurements not even before I lost 15 pounds. So I can tell my waist is little smaller but everything else fits the same. But. I don't much carbs I guess I do like potatoes, n hash browns. Veggies are hard for me to eat I'm not big veggies eater unfortunately.0
