Hey my name is Angela I am 20 years old. Growing up I was bullied and ended up turning to food for comfort. I was out of control and didn't even know it. At my heaviest I was 187 pounds (I am 5'2), I lost close to 50lbs in 6 months and was happy. However, after a breakup I began emotional eating and went up to 155. I am making a blog and posting youtube videos on what I am doing to keep myself motivated so I don't go back to being obese. I could use some fitness buddies to keep me going.
