Hello from Germany! Trying to gain weight

Hi, thanks in advance for reading this!
I am a 25 year old engineer from Germany and measure 192cm and 70kg, which is about 6' 3½" and 154lbs I think.
Over the last months I have been trying to gain some weight, which isn't as easy as i anticipated.
I would like to have some friends on here to motivate each other and share some recipes or ideas to gain weight.

Or if you just want to chat a bit with a German lad, I am open for that too
