Hi there,

I ended up back here on this site about 4 weeks ago hoping to sort myself out in terms of my weight and depression problems.

Since then - I have lost about 6 pounds - mainly from walking an average of 10 miles a day.

"10 miles a day !" I hear you say - well yes I have built up to it and am now walking a speedy 4 miles an hour on average - thats quite brisk.

I now have my positive mind set and aiming to get up to 30 to 50 mile challenges this year - although I have another stone to lose yet!

I have joined a local walking club - and have been completing 15 to 20 mile challenges.

The MOST important thing I can tell you is that I am getting Happy again!!!!!!!

So I want to thank YOU people, all of YOU that have supported me and been kind and friendly and helpful on this site.

So cheers!

Richard:smile:

p.s. add me as a friend and I will help you as best I can
