Low calorie days for high calorie nights? Food Ideas please!

I usually space out my daily calories so I'm consuming on average 3 meals a day between 400-500 calories...(and sometimes smaller meals to allow snacks in between.)

However, there are some nights here and there that I want to "save" my calories for a dinner out or a meal higher in calories. If you sometimes do this, what low calories foods do you eat during the day that seem to keep you satisfied until your big meal at night?

    I do this a lot. Check my diary. Try broccoli, yogurt with blueberries, hard cooked eggs, chicken breast, salad with low cal dressing (I like straight vinegar)
