Workout advice needed!

Hi all,
I started out changing my diet and walking, over the past few weeks I've changed this to jogging 5km 5-6 times a week, including situps, lunges, pushups etc on 2-3 days. I also try to do a fast walk on the treadmill for about 10 minutes in the morning before breakfast. Although, I hate being couped up inside and prefer to do my 5km run along the river. I've lost 23kgs, but i still have at least 17 to go and that's being generous with how much I have to loose. I'm just worried that my body will start to adjust to the high amount of cardio I'm now doing, but I find it hard to stay motivated or find a 'flow' in a strength training session. I'm a terribly poor uni student so I don't have the money for a gym membership or expensive fitness equipment. I was just wondering if anyone had any good exersice regime's to follow or any tips on how to keep my metabolism going? I also try to walk everyday as well and am sometimes worried I'm not eating enough.

You don't need to change anything. Sounds like what you're doing is working. And your metabolism will stay high as long as you keep working out on a regular basis. The only thing that's going to slow it down is if you stop working out as much, and possibly aging.0
