Changing lifestyle

Hi everyone,
It would be nice to get some friends here & support since in real life no one around me is interested in weight loss or building stronger body.
My journey started exactly 2yrs ago; I was 2.8points close to obesity & my cholesterol wasn't great either. I couldn't dance 1 bachata without being short of breath & my legs were in burning pain. I was so weak. I decided I won't die too young like my father. I started a diet just to get "healthy fat". I was always realistic & know myself too good, so I never allowed myself to think I can be fit & have ideal weight. I lost 22kg in one year. It was a slow trip of discovery; I started to workout with PT 3x week after 8 months of just dieting. Now...2yrs after I'm working out 6xweek; getting stronger; my body looks good, I feel good & healthy but I have new goals. Like most of woman, belly fat is hard to get rid off & I would like to have visible abs. So here we go again, back to diet & working out hard as always.

    Ahhhhh.......visible abs, that does sound lovely. I'm fairly new to the site. 17 days and counting! I'm feeling strong just making the steps toward the body/lifestyle I'm after. I'm not sure how to add people but if you do, please add me. I'm also looking for people to keep me on track.
