What kind of foods do you like and dislike? Any dietary restrictions?

breaded sole, brussel sprouts, sauteed mushrooms & 1/3 cup brown rice.

or if you want something more savory,

whole wheat pita w/ tomato sauce, mushrooms, spinach, and 1/3 cup of cheese baked until cheese melts with a side salad of spinach, tomato, and cucumber

Flatbread pizza, stir fry, soup, chili, stew, stuffed peppers, vegetable noodles or vegetable rice (check out www.inspiralized.com), quesadillas, etc.
Really whatever you want to eat, just make some tweaks. I find swapping out the carbs works best for me and I usually have 200-300 calorie dinners.

A couple of ounces of good turkey or ham cold cuts on a bread puck (one of those 100 calorie rolls) with lots of lettuce, tomato, vegetal etc. and a little mustard if you must have a condiment. That will actually leave you room for a piece of fruit or additional steamed vegetables on the side.

Or, a two egg omelet or scramble with a bunch of vegetables and herbs. If you use non-stick spray rather than butter or olive oil, you might even squeeze in a bit of a soft cheese like chevre or a side salad.

Or, a reasonable portion of grilled chicken or fish with a big honking side of vegetables.

I like to eat dinner, so try to leave myself more than 300 calories, but I've certainly been limited to it a few times. The key is lean protein and lots of vegetables.

1/2 cup brown rice, 1/3 cup peas, 1/3 cup corn, 2 oz. of protein (chicken or fish) - yum!

frittata. Skipping cheese or meat (not necessarily both) should get you in that ballpark.

Usually some type of lean protein like chicken (tonight), on top of a whole lot of veggies. Maybe a little salsa or serving of cheese, or small amount of brown rice, or mini corn tortilla...not all at once, but a few ideas to add to chicken and veggies.

Everything is with a side of veggies. Grilled chicken, Turkey Meatloaf, Cilatro lime ground turkey & califlower rice, Salmon, Cod. I keep my dinners pretty simple and they are usually under 300.

Tonight I'm having oatmeal (made with water), with ground flax seed and blueberries mixed in. With a bit of brown sugar sprinkled on top. Total calories is around 246 :)

Anything, just low calorie. I'd like to structure my day with 300 calories for three meals, and two snacks at 150 calories each for a total of 1200 calorie per day meal plan.

I find turkey breast very filling for low calories.
