Day 9: Figured I'd join the community

As the title says Day 9. I've never had a problem going running (mostly) or to the gym, but I've always had terrible eating habits. There were days I'd eat enough to feed a hungry family of four. Well I got sick of not looking how I want, and the monetary cost or all the food, so I decided I'd start using this to put "on paper" what I eat so that I can better visualize what I'm putting into my body. Goal right now is to drop body fat and then to build up some muscle. (Hopefully this doesn't sound like an AA meeting) Great to meet everyone!
