I am just starting

I have 80 lbs to lose for my health. This is hard for me.

    Start by taking a long hard look at your diet. Track your calories in MFP and set reasonable, attainable goals. Get up and move your body, whether it's a walk, jog or trip to the gym. Every journey starts with that first step.
