always wanted to do one of these but I'm not a runner! I'm doing one te 2nd week of June though!!! Anyone have advice or workouts to help? Like I said I'm not a runner but want to be so im starting at the bottom (I can do 1 mile in 10 min but that's if I keep going)

Just go have FUN. I think WD's are 3.5 miles? Maybe 5? Try to build up your running. Start jogging and walking longer distances. Do a little strength training so you can do some of the obstacles. People will be friendly and give you a helping hand. Your clothes won't get ruined - just take everything home and rinse it well and then wash it. Let your shoes dry in the sun and everything will be good as new.
