Hi All,

I first joined MFP a couple of years ago - I then changed to SW. This was ok but lots of planning was needed. I lost a stone then slipped off plan and have piled it all back on..... need some motivation to lose again. I have a busy family.... kids in and out for tea, so now I am going to use the MFP food diary which I hope will help me. Ideally I need to lose 30lb - serious weight lose I agree but needs must if I don't want to be fat and frumpy fifty next year! Would love to hear from anyone who has time to chat and motivate each other - :) x
